A courtyard right before your front door, in the middle of your home, between a detached structure and the main house, just outside the primary bedroom, just for the guest room...the lost goes on...
During our photoshoot last week, that last clip was me just taking a break from the madness of staging and zhuzhing for a minute to ope the doors of their office and just enjoy the sound of the water and leaves blowing outside. Sounds cheesy, sure, but man was it easy to appreciate...so yes, plan for that courtyard. Or even as small as an added water feature! It makes the difference...
