Trends come and go in waves…for instance, more and more people are gravitating back towards less “open concept” and finding an intermediate version where rooms can still flow with minimal separation
But we cannot deny how GREAT open-concept floor plans just work so well for the avid entertainers. Here’s some proof…

Waking up this morning in LA was a breath of fresh air…if it was up to us, we’d be spending our whole day here…
*Insert fall music, turn on the fireplace, run the bath, and pull out the cozy socks*
You can call us dramatic, but we genuinely will soak this up for as long as we can before the next heat wave…

There`s a big difference between having a home gym and having one you actually use.
Turns out, a treadmill in the spare bedroom doesn`t automatically make it a gym you`ll look forward to spending time in.

WHAT`S THE CRAIC | SEPTEMBER
Ending the month of September with plenty to be thankful for and happy about!
1-2. Our incredibly beautiful Oakmore project received Certificate of Occupancy and the homeowners are "now, OFFICIALLY, moved in..." (movie reference anyone??)
3. We saw a lot of beautiful homes at our recent ACBC trip to Colorado and we can`t wait to do the same for these talented individuals.
4. We`ll miss you Kade! We wish you the very best of luck in your final year, we know you`re going to kick butt!
5-6. Filming a construction crew is never easy...but we have a team of good sports and now we`re just thrilled for the final product!
7-8. Telling the Cunningham family about a baby on the way in the most Irish way possible: Guinness, Guinness 0.0, and a Baby Guinness shot
9-10. If there`s one thing this office doesn`t skimp on, it`s a birthday celebration...and this month we celebrated Cheryl!

Seabec is one of those projects we keep saying is moving at absolute lightening speed. We get excited walking through the great room since the windows and doors were installed, as we can now really feel the space...
Fun fact: A majority of this room will be covered in wood paneling 👀
