At C&C Partners, we’ve mastered the art and science of building – otherwise known as architecture. With decades of experience in luxury home construction, we have the tools and expertise to create the home of your dreams.
Our architectural design firm has long stood at the forefront of the industry; we’ve built stunning custom homes for some of the nation’s most established and exclusive neighborhoods. So, what sets us above other custom homebuilders?
Elevated Designs in Every Style
We don’t believe in limiting your design options when it comes to deciding what your custom home’s architectural style is going to be. Rather than specializing in one or two styles, we embrace all.
C&C Partners has executed stunning projects in every architectural style. From elaborate Mediterranean homes to sleek, sophisticated contemporary designs, our team can do it all. We can even combine elements from different architectural styles to suit your needs!
A Custom Home-Building Experience Tailored Just for You
After custom home construction, you should walk through your door each night into a home that feels uniquely yours. We offer our clients a personal level of service unmatched in the industry to ensure you’re 100 percent comfortable with the design plan.
We spend ample time in the preliminary study and design phases of our process, noting every detail that matters to you. At C&C Partners, we know how important the little details are – from rain gutters to roof tiles, we’ll tailor every aspect to your personal style.
Our Home Design Program
To ensure we don’t miss anything, our custom home-building process begins with a 30-page questionnaire. We’ll ask specific questions to firmly grasp your vision, eliminate miscommunication and save you time further down the road.
We also welcome you to provide examples and pictures of homes you’ve seen and loved. Our skilled team will combine your inspiration with our industry expertise to create something exceptional: a C&C Partners home.

What an amazing company and partnership. From the architecture to the details in construction, they covered it all. On top of being professional, warm, and detail-oriented, they stayed on budget. We love our house and highly recommend this company.

Sometimes our mood boards aren`t for a specific project, and more so for a potential project...
Putting it into the universe that we would LOVE to design a Palm Springs, Mid-Century home someday soon. Sinatra house vibes if you get what we`re putting down...

Trends come and go in waves…for instance, more and more people are gravitating back towards less “open concept” and finding an intermediate version where rooms can still flow with minimal separation
But we cannot deny how GREAT open-concept floor plans just work so well for the avid entertainers. Here’s some proof…

Waking up this morning in LA was a breath of fresh air…if it was up to us, we’d be spending our whole day here…
*Insert fall music, turn on the fireplace, run the bath, and pull out the cozy socks*
You can call us dramatic, but we genuinely will soak this up for as long as we can before the next heat wave…
