C&C Partners has mastered the art and craft of custom home building. Founded in 1987 by architect Patrick Cunningham and general contractor Michael Cunningham, we’ve brought every element of new home construction in-house to ensure a seamless design/build process.
With decades of industry expertise, C&C Partners is your custom home concierge. From project management to construction management, we’re your elevated one-stop shop for new home construction.
Exceptional Project Management
Our project managers are the liaison between all departments and the client; they’ll provide you with excellent communication throughout every phase of the process. We can even provide you with the computer-aided design (CAD), or 3D model, of your future home to show you exactly what our design plans are!
Project management handles the planning, executing, controlling and closing of each custom home build. They’ll join in early on and follow the project to the end, ensuring timeliness and cost control at every stage. Our project managers will obtain permits, submit plans to the city for approval, make weekly site visits and perform other duties as necessary to ensure the project flows smoothly.
Our Home Design Program
To ensure we don’t miss anything, our custom home-building process begins with a 30-page questionnaire. We’ll ask specific questions to firmly grasp your vision, eliminate miscommunication and save you time further down the road.
We also welcome you to provide examples and pictures of homes you’ve seen and loved. Our skilled team will combine your inspiration with our industry expertise to create something exceptional: a C&C Partners home.

This ACBC meeting was extra special...
First, a massive thank you to our wonderful host this meeting, @nsbuilders! Boston during the fall is just absolutely stunning, and it was such a pleasure visiting their homes. Our meetings are always extremely valuable, insightful and just a great time.
This 62nd meeting, we were able to celebrate our club`s 30th anniversary, and shine an extra special spotlight on 4 of our founders still in the club: @ghiloni_custom_builders, @custerhomes, Domus, and Becky Hines. We also want to extend an extra special thanks to Stan Custer with @custerhomes, for his loyalty, wisdom, advice, friendship, and commitment to this club, as he passes on the torch this meeting.
