In-House General Contractor

Unlike other design firms, C&C Partners handles the entire custom home building process in-house. Our general contractor works closely with the architectural design team to ensure the project flows seamlessly.

We pride ourselves on excellent, efficient communication within our team and with our clients. Because our construction team isn’t contracted out, we’ve eliminated all middlemen that can cause miscommunications and slow progress.

New Home Construction

The all-inclusive nature of our firm allows us to build luxury homes that are unlike any others. While most custom home builders only offer one or two styles, we can build a home that combines elements from any architectural design.

We’ll work closely with interior designers and landscape artists and bring them on early in the process to minimize delays. With decades of industry experience, we’ve perfected our vendor vetting system. Clients are welcome to select their own designers and landscape artists; if a choice is unavailable, our selection manager will suggest qualified and trusted alternatives.

We partner with the leading interior designers to ensure our clients have an exceptional custom home design experience. Our vendors can draw anything, putting the home you’ve always envisioned on paper and turning a floor plan into a home. They’ll keep you intimately involved in the interior design process to ensure we materialize every detail that matters to you.

Landscape architects play a pivotal role in the exterior look and functionality of your new home. They’ll take your personal style, needs and space into account and design extraordinary outdoor spaces!

Whole House Remodels

C&C Partners also offers whole house remodeling services to our clientele. This option preserves the main structure of your home while elevating everything else – it’s the ideal way to elevate and restore a beloved home with an outdated design.

With a whole house remodel, we can build off an existing design or transform it entirely; the choice is yours! To ensure the final look of your home is seamless from room to room, we don’t offer partial redesign services – C&C Partners looks at your property as a whole. We won’t simply redo your kitchen or bathroom without elevating the rest of your home to match!
