C&C Partners also offers whole house remodeling services to our clientele. This option preserves the main structure of your home while elevating everything else – it’s the ideal way to elevate and restore a beloved home with an outdated design.
With a whole house remodel, we can build off an existing design or transform it entirely; the choice is yours! To ensure the final look of your home is seamless from room to room, we don’t offer partial redesign services – C&C Partners looks at your property as a whole. We won’t simply redo your kitchen or bathroom without elevating the rest of your home to match!

It`s let`s-open-all-the-doors-and-sit-on-the-patio-while-the-sun-sets season.
This modern-style home is entertainment heaven! The family room has direct city views and disappearing pocket doors to bring the outside in! And instead of opting for a cool breakfast nook, one of the favorite rooms of the house is just across from the kitchen: a sweet corner bar, with direct access to the pool loggia.
With a glass of wine in hand, mellow music surrounding, and all the doors open...getting out of those chaise lounges, is definitely a tall order...

It`s happens...
Seldomly. We have processes and procedures in place to avoid this from happening on site, but in some circumstances, framing is adjusted on site in real time. Why? Or what could be the reason? Many factors...
The way it was framed could look funky when covered with drywall and we might need to flush out a corner, or cut back the roof a little. Things like that can`t be caught during 2D drawings. Or maybe a change order came in because the window size doesn`t look good, or the kitchen needs to be 2` larger, or maybe we want to add a small closet for HVAC guys.
Just yesterday at Glenroy we asked the framer if we could change a water closet swing door to a pocket door, and realized if we have given the go ahead, we`d be requesting a massive reframe of the whole bathroom! The request was quickly abandoned...but in rare occasions, especially if it is the homeowner requesting the change, we move forward with it!
