C&C Partners has mastered the art and craft of custom home building. Founded in 1987 by architect Patrick Cunningham and general contractor Michael Cunningham, we’ve brought every element of new home construction in-house to ensure a seamless design/build process.

C&C Partners also offers whole house remodeling services to our clientele. This option preserves the main structure of your home while elevating everything else – it’s the ideal way to elevate and restore a beloved home with an outdated design.
With a whole house remodel, we can build off an existing design or transform it entirely; the choice is yours! To ensure the final look of your home is seamless from room to room, we don’t offer partial redesign services – C&C Partners looks at your property as a whole. We won’t simply redo your kitchen or bathroom without elevating the rest of your home to match!

Each week our team meets on a jobsite, especially those during framing...we kind of have to see into the future and ask ourselves, "what will that look like when it`s drywalled and finished?"
In order to do that, we have to make sure plumbing and HVAC is not affecting our finished ceiling designs, registers and return air vents are not in terrible places, and of course, check what`s proposed and make sure we got everything in the walls prior to insulation and drywall.
Unveiling this project more and more as weeks to come...
