When Liam and I were younger...we`re talking elementary school (we`re 4 years apart), we both recognized that that we wanted to join in the family business one day. Our `one days` became a reality in 2018 (Brie) and 2021 (Liam).
Following in our father`s footsteps was always the goal. Then it evolved into something much more than that. We love and appreciate our entire C&C fam, and the company we all work so hard for...and because of that...
Our goal is to not only to follow in their footsteps, and look up to our fathers/unlces as mentors, but in addition, work alongside them and our team to continuously allow C&C Partners evolve into something greater each and every day!

PHASE 2: Make initial home feature selections and manage budget.

HUGE thank you to @cardinalcrestkc for hosting our Spring 2024 ACBC Meeting! We had an absolute blast. Everything was great from the home tours, to great BBQ, to competitive pickleball and insightful meetings and presentations.
Each trip, Liam and I are able to digest more and more, and soak it all up like a dehydrated sponge. This trip was also a little extra fun given that we had a whole day of recreational activities with the group, who to us, feel like family...

We call it lost art.
Although he wants to learn how to draft on the computer, Patrick has been drafting by hand his entire architectural career! Don`t worry though, our construction plans are digitalized for our projects. He only hand-drafts the initial schematic floor plan, and does a 3D freehand sketch of his overall vision. You can even see a few examples pinned up on his cork board!
Since it is so time consuming, unfortunately (and fortunately) with CAD software, not many practicing architects and designers still draft by hand nowadays - hence why we call it a lost art...
Challenged with many architectural style requests along the years, Patrick has always loved to find inspiration in his travels, his library of many books, Instagram, or even driving around in the neighborhood.
